This form is for individuals that wish to stay at Guest House for one or two nights after a Hoffman Process at Guest House. You must be registered through Hoffman for your Process in order to use this form. If you have questions, you may reach us at info@guesthousecenter.org or 860.322.5770.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelled stayover registrations are refundable up until 10am on February 21, less a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee varies based on timing:
- Before 10am on February 14: $5 fee
- After 10am on February 14 and before 10am on February 21: $25 fee
- At 10am on February 21 and after: no refunds for any reason

Public transportation does not serve the Guest House area. Please refer to this page for information on how to get here from mass transit services.
