DA Advanced Training Retreat Hybrid Pod Accommodations – November 14-22, 2026

This registration is for individuals (your roommate must register separately!) who plan to attend the November 14-22, 2026 DA Advanced Training Retreat Hybrid Pod at Guest House. Fields with an asterisk (*) are required!

NOTE on tuition:

This registration form is only for your accommodations at Guest House and does not include the Retreat Tuition. To register for the retreat and pay your tuition, go to the portal. You must be registered with the School to attend the retreat.

NOTE on subsidies:

The Guest House Board has made the decision to offer Diamond Approach students in need of financial support a subsidy for room and board at the November Retreat. To accomplish this, we are piloting a sliding scale for students who have financial need.

This sliding scale includes a “pay it forward” option for those who are in a position to afford more than the Standard Rate. We appreciate your considering this option as it supports those who need to take the subsidy and will allow us to continue offering the subsidy in the future to those who need it. Thank you!

In the “Room Type” dropdown below, the prices listed are our Standard Rate. This is where you pick your registration type (Single, Double, Triple). The new sliding scale options, including Pay it Forward, are listed directly below that in a separate selection area. Once you have completed the remainder of the registration form’s fields, you will see the final price and a summary at the bottom of this page, above the “Add to Cart” button.

Roommate Matching Policy

** Participants are responsible for finding their own roommates. If a roomate(s) is not available, you will be charged at check in for the room type you receive.

Registration Close Date

Registrations will no longer be accepted after November 7, 2026.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelled registrations are refundable up until check-in (3pm) on November 14, 2026, less a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee varies based on timing:

  • Before November 7, 2026: $80 fee
  • On November 7, 2026 through 3pm on November 14, 2026: $560 fee
  • After 3pm on November 14, 2026: no refunds for any reason

Policy for Partial Stays and Commuting

Guest House will be first accommodating guests that can stay onsite for the entire duration of the retreat. If you cannot attend the entire 8-night retreat, but wish to attend for a few nights or commute, please contact benjamin@guesthousecenter.org to register your interest. Each will be considered on a case-by-cases basis to ensure minimal disruption to the retreat.

Meal Schedule

Registrations include all meals from dinner on Saturday 11/14 through lunch Sunday 11/22, unless otherwise noted. Mealtimes listed below may change as details are finalized.

Breakfast: 7:45 to 9:00 a.m
Lunch: 11:00am to 12:15pm
Dinner: 4:30 to 5:45pm (except 11/16 and 11/20, when dinner is 5:30-7:00pm)
