Cancellation Policy
Cancelled registrations are refundable up until check-in (3pm) on May 18, 2025, less a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee varies based on timing:
- Before May 4, 2025: $10 fee
- On May 4, 2025 through 3pm on May 18, 2025: $25 fee
- After 3pm on May 18, 2025: no refunds for any reason
