Forever Family Stayover – July 16-17, 2023

This registration form is for people that wish to stay over for one night after the July 2023 Forever Family Grief Transformation Retreat at Guest House. Note that this registration is per room and not per person. Please select the Room Type below that corresponds to the number of people that will be staying over in your room after the retreat. Fields with an asterisk (*) are required!

All registrations include two meals after the retreat ends: Dinner on Sunday and Breakfast on Monday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelled registrations are refundable up until 3pm on the day before check-in, less a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee varies based on timing:

Before 3pm on July 13, 2023: $15 fee
At 3pm on July 13, 2023 and after: no refunds for any reason
