Calm the mind, open the heart and relax the body. Join us for a two night all inclusive retreat to learn various relaxation and mindfulness practices that can be used at work or at home. Facilitated by Fayina Cohen, holistic psychotherapist and Linda Fuller, certified yoga therapist. We will use guided meditation, yoga and movement, as well as interactive creative exercises to enhance our relationship to the moment in presence and peace. The weekend includes 6 meals, 3 yoga classes, 3 guided meditation and an in-depth workshop on mindfulness as a way of life, from mindful eating, to mindful relating and mindful meditation techniques.
