Using the methodology of open-ended inquiry, we will explore how to inquire in such a way that your experience truly opens up.That exploration will focus on how the three centers—head, heart and belly—are optimally engaged in the practice. Sandra Maitri is a long-time Diamond Approach teacher and training supervisor, and a member of the Ridhwan School’s leadership council. She leads groups in the San Francisco Bay Area and the United Kingdom, and has a private practice in Marin County, California. In addition to the Diamond Approach, her background includes work with Claudio Naranjo, MD, in the early ’70s and in-depth meditation training in the Theravadan and Tibetan Buddhist traditions. She has written two books: The Spiritual Dimension of the Enneagram and The Enneagram of Passions and Virtues, both published by Tarcher/Viking Press.
