Cancellation Policy

Cancelled early arrival registrations are refundable up until 3pm on the day of arrival, less a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee varies based on timing:

On the seventh day before arrival: $5 fee
On the sixth day before arrival and up until 3pm on the day of arrival: $25 fee
At 3pm on the day of arrival and after: no refunds for any reason
