This form is for individuals arriving early for the December 2023 Emerald Mountain retreat at Guest House. You must be registered through Emerald Mountain for your event in order to use this form. If you have questions, you may reach us at info@guesthousecenter.org or 860.322.5770.

Checkin is any time after 3pm on the day before your event begins. If you know when you’ll be arriving, please tell us.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelled early arrival registrations are refundable up until 3pm on the day of arrival, less a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee varies based on timing:

  • On the seventh day before arrival: $5 fee
  • On the sixth day before arrival and up until 3pm on the day of arrival: $25 fee
  • At 3pm on the day of arrival and after: no refunds for any reason
