  • Diamond Approach – New York

  • A New Diamond Approach Group

  • “We live in a world of mystery, wonder and beauty. But most of us seldom participate in this real world, being focused rather on the parts that are mostly strife, suffering or meaninglessness. The situation is basically due to our not realizing and living our full human potential. This potential can be actualized by the realization and development of human essence. The human essence is the part of us that is innate and real, and that can participate in the real world.”
    - A. H. Almaas

We are pleased to announce the formation of a new Diamond Approach group in the New York area. This group represents the continuation of a series of groups founded by senior Diamond Approach teacher Alia Johnson fifteen years ago.

The Diamond Approach is a path of transformation developed by A. H. Almaas. Drawing from a constellation of wisdom teachings, depth psychology, and his own revelatory experience, A. H. Almaas has uncovered a practical path that leads to human maturity and liberation. The Diamond Approach is a new paradigm in human/spiritual knowledge and a new method for revealing and liberating the soul’s potential. It is not a synthesis of existing knowledge, but rather a new, integrative understanding of the entire human consciousness – ego, personality, soul – and the evolving relationship with our fundamental nature. It is both a spiritual teaching and a support in integrating our spiritual discoveries into our life.

Our group work will involve meditation, talks by teachers, personal and small-group inquiry, and discussion. The presence of the group field supports the revelation of our inner nature in many forms of participation: our inner silence in meditation, our dialogue with the teachers and fellow students, our investigation of personal psychodynamics, and our presence in the teaching and practices.

For an application to join Diamond Approach New York, please contact Cynthia Martin at DiamondApproachNY@Gmail.com.
