  • Body Of Being

  • An Exploration

  • With A. H. Almaas (Hameed Ali)

  • May 2 – 4, 2012

  • Program Description:

Our body is the way we live in this world, but many of us are alienated from our bodies or view them as an impediment to spiritual realization. In this workshop, we will explore the body from the perspective of the Diamond Approach, asking questions such as:

o How can we utilize our embodiment effectively for our inner work?

o What happens to our body in the process of awakening and realization?

o What is the body in the realized condition?

o How does it feel and what can it do?

o How is the body related to Being, our true spiritual nature?

o What is the real body, what is the body of Being?

The Diamond Approach is a modern spiritual approach pioneered by workshop leader A.H. Almaas (Hammed Ali) that involves open inquiry into one’s experience, using traditional meditation and other methods along with psychological exploration.
